Known as “The Rainmaker” in Dallas real estate circles, Randall has 39 years of experience in investing, developing, listing & selling properties in Texas, has transacted tenant representation in 23 states and has effectively managed multiple projects from conception to completion.

Randall has served as a redevelopment partner in the $147 million apartment, retail and garage project called The Mosaic in Downtown Dallas.

His projects also include the 11,000-acre town and Angel Fire, New Mexico ski resort. Randall has also designed and is currently partnered with Houston’s award-winning “Woodlands” master developer Dan Leverett on the largest land assemblage on both sides of the Tollway in Frisco, Texas, a 730-acre, mixed-use live, work and entertainment development. Randall was also instrumental in selling over 200 land parcels in East Texas with an average return of over 700%. Approximately 22% of the lots are lakefront and have lake views or oceanfront with ocean views.

With his wide range of experience in land and investment sales, including bank-owned assets, Mr. Turner has successfully represented a variety of Fortune 500 corporate clients such as American Airlines, UPS, TXU, Office Depot, ITT, GE, Columbia/HCA, FedEx, Halliburton, Sears, and IBM.
